Provide relief to the poorest and neediest across the world by conducting your Qurbani through Al-Khair Foundation. Our Qurbani's are often sourced from local farmers in poor and rural regions, where supply can be limited – this means your donations are also helping to sustainably support local economies in developing nations. Animal welfare remains at the heart of our Qurbani programmes, and we strive to ensure all livestock has been raised and sacrificed in a humane manner. This is in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammed (saw), which emphasise the importance of treating animals well. We ensure our animals are sacrificed at the appropriate time and looked after in line with proper Islamic tradition. Cooked Meals You can also donate towards cooked meals, and having the cooked Qurbani meat packaged “ready to eat” – which will preserve the meat for months, and reduce the need for poor families to utilise fuel for cooking. £25 per Small Animal/Share, or £150 per Whole Animal.
