What is Nisab?

How is Zakat Calculated?

1.

Calculate your total assets (gold, silver, cash, investments, business assets)

2.

Subtract your immediate liabilities (debts, loans, pending bills)

3.

If your net wealth exceeds the Nisab threshold, pay 2.5% as Zakat

Formula: Zakat = (Total Assets - Liabilities) × 2.5%
