Trustees, Secretaries and Committee members from four of the largest and most prominent Masajid in Bolton were invited to an introductory dinner as to the work Al-Khair Foundation around the world, with a specific focus on community work, locally on the ground in the UK. There were speeches from our Bolton Office Manager, Brother Imran Musa who used the platform to announce the opening of our second office in Bolton and our new office in Blackburn.

Al-Khair Foundation’s Head of Fundraising and UK Based Programmes, Reza Ali Malik, was also present. Reza’s focus was engaging the communities through our Masajid, by providing tangible services to our communities in the forms of counselling, local issue awareness, health and nutrition workshops, combating drugs and becoming inspirations for the youth. By the end of the night, we had over 40 volunteer commitments and an agreement between the Masajid to create awareness for local and international projects and appeals by Al-Khair Foundation.
