Despite the earth producing more than enough food to feed everyone, approximately 815 million people (or around 10% of the world population) suffered from food insecurity and went hungry in 2016. Al-Khair Foundation have made it one of our key focuses to change this. Our food packs benefit thousands of vulnerable people in disadvantaged communities around the world – from Syrian refugees in Europe to Rohingya refugees in South Asia, to impoverished communities in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Gaza, India, Kenya, Somaliland and beyond.
