A small intimate dinner, with just 150 guests was able to raise a little over £20,000 for the Rohingya Refugees, the respected attendees truly gave selflessly to aid their fellow brothers and sisters suffering in Myanmar. The keynote speech was delivered by Brother Dil Mohammad a former Rohingya Refugee, now a campaigner for the rights of all those still suffering in his former homeland, our beloved Brother Rahim Jung brought the message right home, invoking tears from the audience at the plight of these vulnerable and forgotten, unloved people. Entertainment and audience interaction to lighten up the night was initiated by Abdullah Rolle, Omar Essa, Kamal Uddin, Adeel Ali, M.Sarwar Chishti Saqib, Syed Aziz-ur-Rehman Shah, Hafiz Abu Bakr Haidri and Hamza Al Mubarak.
